Co-Parent Connection
Invite your co-parent
Enter your co-parent's email and send an invitation. They receive a clear explanation of what Accordly is and what joining involves — including that all communications will be logged. If they decline or don't respond, Accordly works as a single-party documentation platform for you with a full audit trail.
Full compliance tracking activates when both parents sign digitally
If co-parent declines, Accordly documents your side with a court-noted declination record
Automatic reminder sent if no response within 14 days
⚠ Important

If your co-parent does not participate, all reports will note the declination. Your documentation is still court-valid.
4
Automated Tracking
Everything tracks automatically
Once activated, Accordly tracks everything without any manual effort. Every visit logged. Every payment recorded. Every message analyzed. Every plan obligation monitored. Nothing slips through, nothing is forgotten, and everything has a timestamp.
AI analyzes every message before it's sent — flags and suggests rewrites
Visit calendar tracks scheduled vs completed — missed visits flagged automatically
Payment due dates monitored — overdue alerts sent and DHS reports generated

Questions we hear most.

What if my co-parent refuses to use Accordly?+

Accordly works as a single-party documentation platform. You can still log visits, track payments, document communications, and generate court-ready reports from your side alone. All reports will note that co-parent participation was invited but declined — which is itself relevant information for the court.

How long does setup take?+

Most users are fully set up in under 10 minutes. The guided onboarding walks you through every step. Uploading your parenting plan and inviting your co-parent are the two most important steps and both take under 2 minutes each.

Are Accordly reports actually admissible in court?+

Accordly generates court-ready documentation designed to meet evidentiary standards. All records include timestamps, audit logs, and AI disclosure statements. Admissibility is determined by the presiding court and applicable rules of evidence in your jurisdiction. We strongly recommend having your attorney review reports before filing.

Can I use Accordly if I have a protective order?+

Yes. Accordly is designed with high-conflict and DV situations in mind. You can use Accordly without any direct contact with your co-parent. The co-parent invitation system is optional. All documentation happens on your side without requiring interaction. The emergency escalation feature provides additional safety tools.

How does the AI abuse detection work exactly?+

When you write a message in Accordly, AI analyzes the content before you press send. It checks for 12 categories of harmful communication patterns including verbal threats, intimidation, parental alienation language, child triangulation, and manipulation. If a pattern is detected, you see a flag, an explanation, and a suggested neutral rewrite. You can still choose to send or not send. Every flagged message is logged with the AI analysis attached.

Is my data private and secure?+

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Two-factor authentication is required on all accounts. Your co-parent cannot access your private notes, internal flags, or documentation drafts. Data is retained for 90 days after account closure and then permanently deleted. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
