From account creation to full compliance tracking — Accordly's guided setup gets you protected and documenting from day one.
Accordly works as a single-party documentation platform. You can still log visits, track payments, document communications, and generate court-ready reports from your side alone. All reports will note that co-parent participation was invited but declined — which is itself relevant information for the court.
Most users are fully set up in under 10 minutes. The guided onboarding walks you through every step. Uploading your parenting plan and inviting your co-parent are the two most important steps and both take under 2 minutes each.
Accordly generates court-ready documentation designed to meet evidentiary standards. All records include timestamps, audit logs, and AI disclosure statements. Admissibility is determined by the presiding court and applicable rules of evidence in your jurisdiction. We strongly recommend having your attorney review reports before filing.
Yes. Accordly is designed with high-conflict and DV situations in mind. You can use Accordly without any direct contact with your co-parent. The co-parent invitation system is optional. All documentation happens on your side without requiring interaction. The emergency escalation feature provides additional safety tools.
When you write a message in Accordly, AI analyzes the content before you press send. It checks for 12 categories of harmful communication patterns including verbal threats, intimidation, parental alienation language, child triangulation, and manipulation. If a pattern is detected, you see a flag, an explanation, and a suggested neutral rewrite. You can still choose to send or not send. Every flagged message is logged with the AI analysis attached.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Two-factor authentication is required on all accounts. Your co-parent cannot access your private notes, internal flags, or documentation drafts. Data is retained for 90 days after account closure and then permanently deleted. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
